This is a customizable observation, assessment and coaching program for individuals, institutions and organizations. Utilizing the STEM principles outlined in the "Becoming" book, the TSA helps people identify strengths, deficiencies and/or opportunities to survive, thrive, energize or maximize for good. Organizational assessments include a particular emphasis on assessing the SOUL of the organization with particular emphasis on enhancing cultural competency and assessing organizational values alignment.
